Why am I not all that excited?

I think weight loss is often anti-climatic but it does not diminsh the acheivement . . . or perhaps subconsciously you are just waiting to see that number go back up and that 140 is too good to be true. . . either way it is still a great accomplishment! Keep going and I'm sure you will see the 130s soon.
