  • Water first, veggies most lunch! Drank 0,5l water 15min before starting with my lunch. Lunch is 400gr lettuce, 100gr smoked salmon and 25gr feta. Dressing is olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Question for Ilana: i do beautifully with my nutrition and hydration until afternoon/evening. Then i typically find i want FFCs and carbs and tend to go a little overboard and undo my good work of the day. Any tips, tricks, recipes, affirmations, spells would be appreciated!!

My 2cents of what works for me - bedtime tea, celestial tea one is my fav, that really works for me and many others for curbing cravings and since it helps with digestion it probably has something to do with anti snacking settle down for the evening result lol

I just don't buy the stuff that can make me struggle in the evening. It's dinner & done. Not always easy, but very satisfying.

In the evening I drink fresh ginger and mint tea. In the weekend I add a small teaspoon of honey in my evening-tea as a little treat.

Mantra: I am in control over what I eat, food is not controlling me.

I'm pmsing so bad rn... felt cramps last night and bloating... now I'm up 5 lbs from Sunday!? I'm going to try to do some cardio to sweat the water out & hydrate as much as possible.

Final weigh in while having a common cold and being on my period. Yuk. Met my DB-goal with 0,1kg under requirement. So at least my scale is showing something positive. The mirror doesn't.. My face is so puffy and my body is holding on water for dear life. But that will al be back to normal in a few days. 💪

First things first... Purge the word CAN'T from your vocabulary. If you say "I can't" then you won't... It's a self-fulfilling prophesy.

Secondly, if you believe in G*D (respecting those readers who strictly observe the FOURTH Commandment), ask for help. But don't "wish" G*D to make you lose weight: "G*D, please make me lose weight". No... When you are tempted, for example, ask G*D to deliver you from temptation. When you don't feel like doing your exercises (another example), ask G*D to give you the motivation. Etc. As a Christian, the Bible says: I CAN do ALL things THROUGH CHRIST which STRENGTHENETH me. Philippians 4:13, King James Version (Emphasis added). If you are a Christian, I suggest saying this aloud to yourself before undertaking ANY endeavor. And if you don't believe in G*D, there is still hope. Simply say "I CAN" to yourself. Again... This applies to ANY endeavor.

I don’t know how far u are, but don’t lose hope! I was 3 kg away from my goal 2 (basically all the weight i had to lose to reach my goal), and now I’m just under 1 kg. I still hope that I’ll make it in time.

I’ve had a bad cold the last few days. I’m struggling right now with temptations to break my diet. Just because I feel bad doesn’t mean I need to eat bad! The struggle is real😕
