Hi everyone! I'm 34 year young mom of a sweet energetic boy of 2. I live in the Netherlands (sorry if my English may be incorrect sometimes). I started my weight loss journey in spring of 2017 and got rid of 20kg of body fat. Some came back during my pregnancy in 2018/2019, but I've got that gone too before the virus came down on the world. Sadly I miscarried in January, it broke my heart. Because of that I am more determined to get my body in the most healthy shape I can be. Not only to be able to carry a baby full term, but also for my wonderful precious boy I already have ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•

You only have to do two official weigh-ins, at the beginning, and then during the weighout period at the end. In-between you can do as many unofficial weigh-ins as you like

Youngsters!! I'm 52 and lost a stone in my last few dietbets and that was without exercising. I agree, that it's about setting small achievable goals and seeing the scales move in the right direction. Good luck :smiley:

I like to carb cycle: 3-4 low carbs days followed by 2-3 hi carb days. Carbs donโ€™t mean bread or pasta though, itโ€™s the days for starchy veggies. Works great for me!

  • Just want to share this gross sweaty selfie as a reminder to myself that walking can be a great workout! Iโ€™ve felt so weak since surgery, but I splurged on a treadmill to be able to workout in the morning again before I can get back to Beachbody workouts, and it killed me this morning! Sweat was dripping into my eyeballs even at a moderate pace. Definitely happy to have my routine back and still work up a sweat while letting my body heal! ๐Ÿ™Œ????

Walking is definitely a full workout after having surgery. I can only walk outside behind my kid's stroller (almost 1.5 weeks post-surgery myself). Damn proud you can be that active on the treadmill! Since you've got Beachbody, did you know you can use BarreBlend PPN T4 as recovery workouts? I'm not yet there to do them, but hopefully next week I will be able :dancer:
