Non-scale victory of the week!

I fit into a size 6 pair of shorts. Almost all the clothes I tried on at the mall fit me. I didn’t hate the way my body looked in the mirror.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Fitting in longer workouts. I work very early and so to get up 2 extra hours early is hard and a little unrealistic for me. I fit in smaller lighter workouts during my day and at night but miss weight lifting.
