Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been doing intense workouts and going for jogs. I inspire others. I started working out before work. Been drinking lots of water.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could of drank more water. Should have drank less soda. Could of not skipped any workouts.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did hardcore workout videos. I was sore a few days afterwards. I got rid of fat clothes. Made a new healthy soup recipe. The whole family loved It! Tried a healthy restaurant called poke. So yummy!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not prefer Jimmy John's 3x this week. Ate out a lot. Needed to cook more and bring more fulfilling snacks to work. Not skipped workouts.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I got size small clothes and can stuff myself into a size 9! I get clothes mixed up w my daughter!? I am skinny af! Drinking more water. Brought healthy snacks to work. Did longer workouts. Can almost do a full push up on my toes! Feeling like an inspiration to people. Went jogging on some coldass days and nights. Bought a cool water jug for the fridge. It takes less room and ez access. Feel strong and confident.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ate one slice of pizza instead of 2. Go to bed earlier. Ate more veggies. Don't skip workouts. Ate less bad carbs.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't pig out at events. I looked hot and skinny in my ninja costume. Ate pizza, but only had one piece. Drank alcohol but didnt binge on junkfood. I love shopping for clothes. Some people are envious and proud of me. Play dietbet for free. Still got pounds to lose and so gonna play another round!

I did a jogs on my own terms. no runbet. Brought healthy snacks to work. Started new dietbets. Feels good to be so skinny!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I completed a long runbet. 45 min jogs. Tried a new cardio dance workout. Ate fast food but didnt finish eating all of it. Got lots of sleep. Tried new banana recipes. Repainted my whole kitchen and decluttered it. Made a new workout area in the living room.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have drank more water and protein shakes. Ate more veggies and do more pumping weights.

I did more home cooking. Made semi healthy banana bread. Tight and form fitting clothes I ordered look good on my tiny body. My arms and shoulders and legs got muscle definition. Started protein shakes again. Went light on salty foods.

Cutting out carbs for at least 1 day! Ate more veggies and drank more water.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Made air fried chicken. Running for 40 minutes 4 x this Week! Cleaned and purged thru my house. My clothes I ordered fit perfect on my skinny figure. Super close to my goal weight! Been letting go of my cute big girl clothes.

I did have fast food a couple times this week. I could ate cleaner and drank more water.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I cut back on carbs big time! I went camping and did cheat but didnt get out of control. I hit my runbet goal. I've been going hardcore in 21 day fix extreme workouts. I tried a 2 day cleanse. It was good! Drank a ton of water.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could of stayed out the office's candy bowl. Drink protein shakes. Tried one whole day without surga and carbs. Eat more veggies.
