Non-scale victory of the week!

I manage to walk 3 times last week and to do strength training twice!!

Planning my meals better. I'm hoping to get to the gym all next week to do my walking. I'm aiming for 8500 steps a day. Going to bed at 11pm and getting up at 6am. Drinking lots of water.
