I struggle the most with late night cravings. If I don't eat dinner with the kids at 7 p.m., I find myself eating after 9.

Finishing off this week, I want to get in one more workout for a total of 3 workouts this week. For the upcoming week next week, I hope to get in three workouts again, but at least one of them at my gym. I also anticipate losing 2 pounds!
