Non-scale victory of the week!

Spring means fruit salad! My happy dish to eat! Got the first watermelon of the year too. I seasoned it with that Mexican Chile lime powder and do recommend it highly. I don't feel like I am missing anything I want.

I am restless. I want to DO more! More sleep helps me not eat to stay awake.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to a art show in town. Had a total blast! Was tempted by all the food trucks and the HAHaHawaiian ice-I was able to avoid without any regrets! Been eating home cooking all week and it feels so good. Re-acclimating my taste buds to real food. Sugar doesn't even sound good to me now! YES! Victory is mine! My heart is soaring today!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Been a tricky week been kind of detoxing as all this fat starts to shrink. So taking extra care, got a nice long bath to soak in and some sunshine. Taking my vit D, multi B's, hawthorn berry and stinging nettle. Haven't been sleeping well so took some Valerian and omg I slept like a log!
