Non-scale victory of the week!
I cheated for a day, had fun, enjoyed life. I’ve noticed a change in how I feel and my thinking about food. Its to so scarsity mode. Which is Great!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I did it the way I wanted to. Im happy. Only one things is - yesterday Ali offered me Dinner - i took a seconds. Wish i could have gone for one hour walks 3x at lest

Eat two salads & soup a day. 1350 or less. Save eatting out till the 19th weekend. Have acouple respectable cheat meals
