For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Today was take care of me day. Ended up walking several miles in the process. Walked to my massage, brow wax, hair appointment, then home for a bubble bath. Fiance is currently making baked chicken and zucchini with honey balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Overall a great day. This app has been a great motivation because when I see a cheater food I just remember it's not worth losing money over.

Week #1 I did well. Then . . . 4 parties in 4 days (actually had a 5th that I skipped) then 2 days at and new job orientation with snacks and lunch provided both days. OMG. I'm back to square one.
