Back down to 170. now to do a better job of staying here.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

it is truly amazing what a few weeks of not feeling good and not feeling like even eating can do to you. I am back to 170 again. 100 pounds down from where I started my journey 5 years ago and spent a few days in the hospital again. I finally feel like myself again this morning. 1-2 more weeks and I will be off the Gabapentin completely. The combination of that and the natcotics just did not work with my body. hopefully I can be back to mainly normal food by this weekend.

Non-scale victory of the week!

For starters I went back to work Tuesday. I am down to a 32 inch waist! I have not seen my current weight since I married my lovely bride 29 years ago. I have not worn a 32 inch waist since before kids. That was at least 21 1/2 years ago. WOO HOO!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Actually get some exercise in this week. My primary focuses these last couple of weeks have been going back to work and moving back into our house. Due to that exercise has been whatever I do at the house.

It has been a very busy week. Palliative care upped my pain patch to 37 mcg on the 21. The result has been a night and day difference! I feel better than I have since before the cancer was discovered. I have been working like mad on the house because of how good I feel. I put backer board down got the first time and learned how to lay tile. Today I have yo clean out the master bedroom and we are putting the tile down in there tonight. As I said it has been a VERY BUSY WEEK ON THE HOUSE!

This working from home crap is really taken it’s toll on the waist. I am fighting the crap junk food so hard. O know that it is all stress and boredom eating.

My diet could have definitely been better this week. However, I feel like I was able to forge a new friendship with a coworker as a result.

Found a buddy to ride bikes with that I was not expecting. Made today’s workout much better. Can’t believe I blew past my 3 pound goal like that.

I need to get more sleep. 4-5 hours a night really messes with my brain function.
