Non-scale victory of the week!

Proud of myself because rather than indulge in sweets like cookies cakes and brownies, I opted for dessert tea with only 1/2 tsp of raw sugar. Huge victory and step in the right direction!

Did a full Tabata video for the first time ever! Haven't skipped any workouts and push myself to the limit!

Stay on track and get more fitness in. Currently at 15 minute HIIT workouts per day, with a 2 mile walk or so. I'd like to increase to 20 minute HIIT or high impact something or another with a 2 mile walk, plus more ab workouts which I loathe.
