What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Stay on track and get more fitness in. Currently at 15 minute HIIT workouts per day, with a 2 mile walk or so. I'd like to increase to 20 minute HIIT or high impact something or another with a 2 mile walk, plus more ab workouts which I loathe.
