Not eating mindlessly or out of boredom especially with all the snow.

To gain some more muscle and tone, so my number will probably increase a couple pounds initially. So to not freak out about that number is my goal.

Trying not to mindlessly eat due to boredom or stress, especially with all the snow!

Eating smaller portions but still getting all nutrients my body needs.

Tone up more so I’ll probably gain a couple pounds from muscle toning, so my goal is to not freak out when I see a higher number.
