Insanity is crazy intense. I'm in my 2d round. First few weeks are painful as your body adjusts to the intensity and impact of the jumping. You will notice the 10 minute warmups get easier and easier. But when you think you have phase 1 mastered ShaunT brings the pain in phase 2. You can do this. He isn't trying to kill you only make you better. Push through, dig deep Insanity all the way. However I can help.
