Hey MNDefender, you in round 2? Hard luck not making it in round 1. Do a Rocky on round 2 !!
You seem to have a fairly similar build to me. I used some low carb tips from www.marksdailyapple.com to help me lose the lbs. First time its ever worked for me after trying years of high intensity excercise and munching on carbs.

Thanks for the tip on the Xstretch. I have the PX90S DVD set (burned) but never used them. I might crack into that one though!

I love that video. When you do P90X you get this video every week and twice in the two recovery weeks. I went from not being able to touch my toes to a flexibility that allows me to put my head on my knees while seated. Have to work on flexibility. I love it. Let me know what you think.

Big "A", if you hit the wall, we'll change it up with a 90 minute skate. Good luck "55", you got this ????

Vegan sandwich idea:

Earthbound Herb Mix Greens (Trader Joes also has a good version of this. Really adds flavor with hardly any calories
Gardien chicken(meatless) scallopini patty nuked and sliced or any other meatless sliced chicken preferably not breaded.
1 tbs of Veganaise or Trade Joes reduced fat-cal mayo -eggless.
Sliced heirloom tomato season
If not available add a tiny bit of ketchup.
Most Arnold's bread are vegan. But it is worth it to go to Whole Food and find another loaf that looks good to you and freeze it and just toast as you go.
My quick go to lunch. Dr. Mc Dougall's Vegan soup cups. I need to be able to eat a my desk. Good variety on Amazon. I buy in bulk.

Thanks SB. Sounds tasty. I need to try a different approach to grocery shopping. TJ or Whole Foods might be the ticket

You are all over this dietbet thing.
Every time I check in I see that you've recently posted something. I think he would make a great host for a game.
