  • Good Morning Strong Squad and happy last week! Im so proud of everyone! I know sticking to your goals is not easy but we are doing it!     For our next challenge I want to see everyone participate because of how important it is. I want for us to write down 3 goals for this week that we want to see ourselves achieve. I posted my own three goals as an example. You can write it on a piece of paper or simply write it down below. I like using a piece of paper and placing it above my my office wall so I can see it daily as a reminder :). We got this!!! Just one more week! I’ll be picking two winners that complete this challenge on Monday morning 4/15/19 for a $10 Amazon Giftcard. I will also be picking all of the grand prize winners Monday morning! Mine were: drink 2L of water each day, wake up early and start my day with a run and to get seven hours of sleep every night! The only one I had trouble with was the sleep one since I also wanted to wake up early but I did it on most days! :joy:

  • Here we go!! Weekend workout challenge posted! I will be honest! I absolutely loathe cardio so honestly I’m challenging myself for this weekend! I think tomorrow I’m going hiking and then Sunday I’ll do the elliptical . Feel free to post on here or the Facebook page when you have completed your cardio for both days! I went to watch a friend do Iron Man Galveston this weekend so I definitely got way more than 30 minutes of walking each day. Now I think I'm crazy enough to want to attempt this myself

Sunday cardio for me too! 30 hard, sweaty minutes on the elliptical with an hour of lifting with my momma! My armpits are sore :P

  • Happy happy Monday and 2nd week everyone!! I hope you all are hanging in there and keeping up that activity!     Now onto your 2nd weekly challenge of the game! I know not many people get excited over this challenge but Im upping the prize my good friends!! It's the WATER CHALLENGE!! But this time I’m giving away one Hydro Flask 18oz water bottle and one $10 Amazon Giftcard (2 winners total). If you don’t know what a Hydro Flask is, its only one of the best water bottles out there (okay I’m a little biased because I love them so much haha). You will also be able to pick what color you want!! So heres the challenge: I have attached a guideline to help us all figure out how much water we should be drinking daily. I want for us to meet our water goals EVERY SINGLE DAY THIS WEEK. You can post daily that you made it or wait until the end of the week to share that you completed the challenge. Totally up to you.   • Good Morning everyone!! And a happy Monday to you all! I know more people are going to join in as we start so please remember to introduce yourselves :).

    I always enjoy kicking off our first week with a “staying active” challenge! This week I want all of us to really focus on getting our sweat on! I would like to see at least 30 minutes each day of activity this week (5-4 days total). You can walk, run, swim, dance, or even take a kick boxing class :). Just focus on getting that heart rate up this week! I think this is the perfect challenge to jump start our motivation and drive! You can either post daily your fitness tracker results, a sweaty selfie, or even a simple “I did ____ today”. OR you can wait until the end of the week to let me know you reached your goal. Feel free to post on the DietBet page or Facebook. I check both places several times a day.

    I will pick two winners who completed the challenge on Monday morning 3/24/19 PST for a $10 Amazon Giftcard. Let’s get moving!!
