Non-scale victory of the week!

I made lunches for this week (black bean veggie soup) even though I'll be home most days. Helps to have containers of already made and counted meals to grab so I don't have to stop what I'm doing to make something

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Resisted temptations, like the donut I had at our staff mtg.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I ate in moderation at Christmas dinner #1, still got to try a bit of everything I wanted, and the scale stayed the same (I maintained instead of gained)!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I was pretty lax on my eating goals, could have indulged less and seen more progress on the scale.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I ordered new leggings online and they fit (Size L instead of XL)!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have resisted the food at work during the night shift. It was only one time, but I would have felt stronger and better if I had just resisted the bread, it wasn't even that good. Next time I will stick with the fruit or just not have anything.
