Non-scale victory of the week!

NSV this week is getting back to dietbet and to my goals!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Obviously christmas and New Years could have been better but I'm not going to feel bad about enjoying myself.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Get back to the good diet habits I had last year, start my exercise regimen again and drink loads of water. 2020 is my year!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I took a break for the summer months and have been doing quite well at maintaining my weightloss within a few pounds. I'm excited to get back to working on my diet and my goals.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could be doing more exercise but a lot of the classes have been disrupted by weather and also some are cancelled until september.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Trying to get my mind back in the game and focus on getting my diet back on track. Hopefully I'll be back exercising at fill tilt come September. I have a wedding to go to in December.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I bought a dress last week in a (UK) size 16 for the first time in about...6 years. It felt amazing.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I haven't been weighing in as much, I want to get back to weighing myself every day. When you do it every day you aren't scared of it.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I'm just taking it 2lbs at a time. I am doing a charity skinny dip at the end of next week and I can't wait. I feel so confident in myself right now.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went on an adventurous day trip at the weekend with some friends and I was able to keep up and not be out of breath! I climbed vertical slopes in the burning heat and didn't have to stop halfway. I was so proud of myself.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a bit more Easter chocolate than I should have had but I'm not beating myself up over it

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I just hit 30lbs gone since January! I am so pumped! My next mini goal is only 3.4 pounds away when I'll be my lowest weight in the last 5 years. That's what I'm aiming for this week.

Everyone has been saying how slim I look recently. It's very confidence-boosting

I did enjoy a bit more calorie heavy foods over Easter than I had plannes

After Easter I plan to up my exercise and stick to the healthy eating. I can do this!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am only 2 pounds away from -30lbs! I can't believe it. My goal for this game was to get away from 260 and never go back and I achieved that. My goal for my next game is to get under 250 (the lowest I've been in 5 uears) and never go back!!

I had some coke cola over the weekend I knew I shouldn't have

I went to a club and pulled a Male model who thought I was flipping gorgeous

I did pretty well this week but I over did it on carbs last weekend

I have so much more energy! And I don't crave junk food anymore. In fact, I'm sometimes repelled by the taste of sugar.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have exercised more but, to be honest, it was a crazy stressful week for me and I'm going to a work out festival at the weekend so I'm not killing myself over it.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have little dimples on my elbows and knees! I can actually see my body changing shape. It's strange and wonderful and people have been so supportive of me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This week went really well actually. I was motivated and I stayed on course.

I jist want the scale to keep moving down, no matter how slow. Next week I'm going to stay on track and really appreciate the NSV
