Non-scale victory of the week!

I have a rough week and Valentine's day wasn't great for my mental state but I keep bouncing back and that gives me hope

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I tried not to eat my feelings and while stumble a bit I'm proud of the amount of junk I refused overall

How many days did you exercise last week?

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to be back on track next week and seeing that scales go down.

My jeans are too loose!!

I didn't drink as much green tea as I would have liked and I drank too much coffee

I went on a holiday and I tried really hard to not ruin.my diet while still having fun.

I did eat more carbs than I would have liked to

My back doesn't hurt as much anymore!

I haven't been drinking my evening green tea so I had better get back on that

I'm going on holiday this week so I'm going to try and make good choices but I'm also not going to beat myself up, I'm doing a good job and I need to be kinder to myself.

I did exactly no snacking this week. I calculated when I might feel peckish and always had a piece of fruit or some cut up veggies with me.

Next week will be hectic so if I can stick to the diet and get in some exercise and not fall pray to cravings and tiredness, I'll be a winner
