  • Good morning and welcome to Workout Wednesday! Today is the day we plan for some extra movement during the day!

    Personally I’m hitting the treadmill this morning before my afternoon of meetings but today anything goes. Dance it up while you are making a meal, park your car a little further away if you aren’t in the frozen tundra, whatever you need to do to get a little extra movement in for the day.

    It’s not about perfection, it’s about having fun and making progress.
