bra feels slightly better but the knowledge i did it! I can do it and it works - this counting calories and mindful eating

Non-scale victory of the week!

work people are still telling me I look like I'm losing which is nice. My jeans are loose and my 2x shirts are feeling way too big on me. I have a swollen eye from clogged eyelash ducts so I've been wearing my glasses and feeling ugly

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

i feel unsteasy in my glass so not as much exercise as i'd like because i'm feeling like i'm gonna trip. Drinking lots of water which is starting to feel like a habit.

i was a ninja!!!! extra exercise and super eating! And i made goal with .1 tp spare. OMG so hard!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I skipped a meal or two and did replacement shakes and stayed away from carbs but I know this isn't anything i could keep up so the real answer was do better the 3 weeks prior so that i didn't need to go nuts this last one.

I'm a monster this week. I will only eat mindfully and exercise and water water water water.

The scale finally is catching up with me thank goodness! Thankfully staying strict finally paid off during that little plateau and the scale is rewarding me. Now just to focus on the final 5 days. I am going to do this!!!

to really crazy lose what i need to not lose my money. I'm thinking of replacing my lunch with a fruit veggie smoothie and soup for dinner to shake myself up to get those pounds off.

Continue the exercise and the mindful eating. Figure something out to jump start the weight loss as its not looking like i'm going to have the time to lose what i need to in time to NOT LOSE.
