How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I made it too guys. Was super nervous actually. Yesterday being an Indian holiday none of the work out classes were available. So I just did something on my own at home which was a combo of aerobics, yoga and Pilates 😃. But just made it. Congratulations to all of us. Any weight we lost makes us winners. It's not the end result but the process and if you have stuck to the process the results while delayed will never be denied. Cheers everyone :)

I made it. I have been struggling with chronic constipation, which makes my body do something that increases my weight. My weight went up by 10 pounds in a day. I managed to resolved it and make goal, but the constipation seems to come back. So stressful! Congratulations to everyone who won. I'm so grateful.

I missed my goal by the official weighing but I am staying on track. I'm going to do better meal planning h and water drinking. Those are my weaknesses. Working out is no problem. I jyst need to focus and be more intentional!!

@DietBet If I am a become a member right now, can I reuse my official weigh in that I had to do this morning for my other games for this game? In other words, this morning i did my official weigh in for 2 other games that are ending. My question is, do I have to be a member to reuse these weigh ins? Or can members even do that?

I’ve been able to reuse my official weigh ins for games that have already ended at the same time as the weigh in I did (if that makes sense). I have had to wait for my first weigh in to be approved before I could reuse it on another game that had ended when doing so on the app. I just did it this morning.

Hey all. As you are in the last stages of weigh in is there something special that you do as a tradition. Me - continue my diet and ensure that I don't miss a day's work out( today is Yoga and tomorrow Pilates) Would have included bitter gourd juice in the diet as it's really good. But as I am already suffering from a bad stomach cannot .This unfortunately works as a laxative for me at least. Wishing everyone all the very best in getting to their goal. Cheers
