Hello everyone!! I'm joining late but determined to do this! My highest weight as a teen was 298, lowest I ever got it down was 145. I'm mid-30's now and back up past 250. I'm very unhappy. I don't have a goal weight, other than meeting the goals of the game. My goal is to change my relationship with food, start lifting weights, and completely change my body composition.
