Great job! It's not all about winning the contest anyway...it's about winning in life and you're doing it!!! 11 pounds is great!!! You will kill it over the next month. It's my first challenge too...let's cheer each other on!:) Good luck!

I know that the dietbet is almost over. I thought that losing 11lbs would be easy. My body said " im not ready to let go of you yet fat" I just told myself take a day off of your plan. I ate healthy but not the chris powell vemma shake and bode burn. I went on the scale and to my surprise I lost weight. I found that the rotisserie chicken is very salty now I have to make my own. I was retaining water alot of water. I must say had a very nice time here and I will do another dietbet because I believe this was a learning experience that i will never forget. So I didn't lose 11lbs but I gained a lot of knowledge and friends. Thank you all for your support.
