One major tip I have is to DRINK YOUR WATER :) I know I sound like a broken record since I always mention it in every game I host lol! BUT.. it gets the job done! I drink 1 gallon of water per day!
Here’s a tip for trying to drink more water.. every time you’re going to take a sip, drink 10 gulps every time! That way you are guaranteed to drink a lot more. I did this at the beginning of my journey to get up to a gallon a day! Who here is drinking 1 gallon per day? :)

That’s a great idea! I used to struggle to drink enough water. Now I have a water bottle that holds 24 ounces and fits in the cup holder in my car. I pickup/drop off my big kid at school every day and run the other one around so I usually have 4 car trips a day. I make sure to bring my water bottle with me and make it my goal to drink it all while I’m driving. It goes surprisingly fast. I drink at pretty much every stoplight without really thinking about it anymore.

  • I’ve been doing the 75hard challenge for this DietBet along with my husband! Has anyone done this challenge before? For 75 days straight, you have to get in Two 45 min workouts, eat healthy, drink a gallon of water, take a progress photo and read a minimum of 10 pages of a book. It’s very challenging, but opens up your mind about a lot of things. We are loving it so far! Down 5 lbs :)

  • Ok l I need help!
    My coffee is what I look forward to and is the first thing I make when I get up! Caffeine doesn't even wake me up or do anything for me, its just the flavor is so good and its part of my routine now! But I measured my cream the other day and its kinda embarrassing how much I use. I'm a little bit of coffee with a whole lot if cream girl, but that's not good when you need to watch calories.. What do yall use to make your coffee taste yummy but healthier?☕

I use oat milk. It has the same creaminess as regular cream.

I used to be an A coffee drinker for sure. And then I did the same thing and actually measured out what I was typically using one morning and omg! I did the math and I could lose weight by just cutting that one drink out. Crazy. It took a long time for me to get to now a C drink but I just slowly started cutting back how much of the normal flavored stuff I used, then would occasionally try plain creamer instead of the flavored stuff. Finally got to only 2Tbsp of half and half and 1/2 tsp of coconut sugar. The coconut sugar is my newest transition and I can’t tell the difference in my drink. My goal is to eventually switch to almond milk instead of half and half but it’s progress, not perfection. Good luck! You can do this!
