Looking for advice on how people are able to get the reading on the scale AND their full body, including face in the photo. My weigh-in was rejected because the full body photo didn’t show a scale reading but I’ve never been told this before :-)

Interesting, thanks for the advice! Yes, I’ve already contacted them and they said the reasoning was correct. Due to travel, I’d already started my journey out of the country when it was rejected. Very bummed

Consistency and Sustainability. You need to be more consistent over time than you’re not and you need to pick a workout and a nutrition plan that works for you. FOR. YOU. It’s not a one size fits all world- different things work for different people. It needs to be sustainable- this is for your lifetime. Not just 4 wks.
