  • I normally really struggle with depressive symptoms and low energy during my luteal phase but between working out and actually hitting protein goals, I have had such better energy and mood. Also is anyone else seeing their skin glow???

I need ideas for short workouts/exercises I can do at home. Currently I just do 20 mins incline on the treadmill.

I have:
•dumbbells (5,10,15)
•resistance bands (loop style)
•resistance bands (long non-loop)
•step

I want to do more but I honestly don’t know WHAT to do.

Infographics to show me steps of an excercise that I can save are bonus points.
