Dear dietbet friend- You have been selected because you have inspired/ encouraged/ liked a post/ or in some way helped me and I thank you for that! Now I hope we can help each other-- I am starting a dietbet called Forget the Fudge ( http://diet.bt/in8Zw ), and people are needed!! My friends outside dietbet are, for a multitude of reasons/excuses, not joining, so I am appealing to you, my DB ppl who have helped me get down about 60#. I still have about 15# to go. Can you help and finish off 2014 better than you started?

Do u still eat bread, oily foods? How about not having salt in your foods? Do you like salad? All green leafy vegetables are really the best substitute.

Mostly cut out bread and only use olive oil when necessary. I have been eating a lot of salads without bacon, cheese or fatty dressing. Keeping at it anyway. Just dropped a lb. : )

You can do this! If what you're doing isn't working, try switching it up for a day. Maybe try eating only whole foods (veggies, fruits, beans, etc) for one day and see if that helps. Drink plenty of water. If you've been very strict with what you're eating, try one meal completely off course and then immediately return to your plan (it may confuse your body into dropping a little). You can do this!

I am working on all of these things. Just need more time I guess. As soon as my wrist is better, I will try some high intensity classes.
