Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a moment of emotional eating late at night but it was all healthy stuff and I decided not to feel guilty and did great the next day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’ve been very focused on helping two friends and o need to focus more on my own goals. Summer is just around the corner! my equipment for MBF was delayed so i didnt start last week. I’ll be starting that today.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Reversed my diabetes as per my doctor and my reward to myself was a workout outfit in white since someone once told me I couldn’t wear white because it would make me look fat.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I like stevia sweetened chocolate and I need to watch those extra little calories here and there!

Enjoyed my Valentine’s Day chocolates and cake without the guilt. I knew I would gain but I didn’t have the fear I used to have. I know I can lose it again.

I’ve started coaching two friends on how to lose weight through Beachbody. I really, really love it! I’ve had three more people ask me for coachings and that makes me feel like I’ve accomplished something great!

I didn’t get enough sleep!

My boyfriend’s friend didn’t recognize me until he heard my voice because of all the weight I lost.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did my best considering the circumstances which are that my unemployment has not come through for over six months now and I haven’t found a job. My boyfriend is losing everything because of the pandemic (his employer’s business went under and the building his apartment is in is being sold). I’ve really struggled to get my emotions under control.

I’ve gained weight and the fluctuations are due to stress so I need to stay hyper-focused and find a job while losing weight.

I was bloated all week and now I’m just going through a lot of emotional stress. Still waiting on my pandemic benefits since June 28, 2020. Having no income for such an extended period of time has been extremely nerve-wracking.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate silly treats (pizza a few times and a dessert) but I’m just going to accept the fact that i enjoyed my treats and move on.

I made it through week 2 of Barre Blend!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to drink a lot more water! and I had a treat of salty snacks for Christmas Eve and a few shots of alcohol to celebrate. I almost never drink alcohol. I’m sure I didn’t need the empty calories!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I avoided carbs at Christmas dinner asking for the Impossible Burger without the bun and choosing veggies instead of potatoes as my side. My meal came with a dessert and I followed the three-bite rule donating the rest of the dessert to my boyfriend.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had regular pasta for the first time since June because I was struggling with my emotions and it affected my body significantly. I simply cannot do carbs at dinner without paying the price.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I have to get my emotions under control. I’ve been penniless for six months thanks to unemployment not sending me my pandemic benefits and it really affected my Thanksgiving and Christmas. If it weren’t for my boyfriend and my friends I would have already lost everything.

I completed the third week of the Barre Blend workout prep calendar. The real deal starts tomorrow!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I love Addictive Wellness chocolate and a couple of times I had four squares instead of two and technically a serving is only two squares. So I overdid it a bit. I need to monitor myself because I can easily overdo it when it comes to treats.

I’m struggling with anxiety and depression again since my unemployment has been delayed by six months. So I need to find a job while staying on track with my diet and exercise.

I’ve stopped the snack after dinner habit! Sticking to “Dinner and Done” and seeing my body get smaller in pictures even if I don’t see the numbers change that much on the scale.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have gotten more steps in daily. It’s been tougher because of the cold weather.
