I fit into a vest that I haven’t been able to wear for over ten years!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I go down to 175lbs and then my period came and ruined two of my weigh-ins!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I succeeded in cutting out the evening snacks and i lost another pound.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wish I had gotten to my DietBet goal sooner. But I still have two day left so I might still have a chance to reach my goal.

I fit into a pair of pants that haven’t fit me in years and wore them to a job interview!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to eliminate the snack after dinner no matter how healthy it is. Dinner and done is essentially intermittent fastint.

I’ve got to do everything I can to get to 170. Drink more water, avoid the evening snack and finish up week 3 of phase 3 of 80 Day Obsession!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to zip up a dress that I bought over a year ago as an incentive to lose weight. The zipper wouldn’t go up past my waist and now it goes up to the top of my neck so I’ve definitely lost inches.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate veggie snacks at night and I try not to eat anything after dinner!

Starting to see muscles showing in my biceps!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

There were a couple of days that I snacked on veggies and hummus after dinner or had a protein snack. Had I stuck with dinner and done I might have seen more progress. I also had veggie bacon which apparently had way too much sodium in it as caused the number on the scale to go up.

I’m starting phase 3 of 80 Day Obsession. My goal is to not die...lol

While I didn’t foam roll every day like I intended to, I did win two DietBets!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to foam roll every day instead of once-a-week. I know this was last weeks goal but it really helps with my back problems.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I really want to get to the 160s but that will take a couple of weeks, maybe more. I’m just going to continue with the daily hypnosis sessions and see myself at my goal weight.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I developed nerve damage in my legs (not as bad in the left leg compared to the right. Now that I’ve lost weight, I can now feel my right leg again. It’s painful but pain is better than numbness!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I fell short on my water goal one day and fell short of my step goal two days. I can do better.

I didn’t quite reach my step goal every all seven days so I’ll try again this upcoming week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should have hung up the phone on someone who was being very toxic and negative. I did block the person after we hung up but my time is valuable and I don’t owe anyone an explain for my life and where I am in my journey.
