Balancing on one leg in a yoga pose in spite of the issues I have with my spine.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should have hung up the phone on someone who was being very toxic and negative. I did block the person after we hung up but my time is valuable and I don’t owe anyone an explain for my life and where I am in my journey.

Made through the second week of 80 Day Obsession and was able to do the cardio routine without having to hit the pause button!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My friend offered me some penne with vodka which resulted in a .2 weight gain on the scale the following morning. I should have politely said, “No, thank you.”.

I went on a group bike ride in the park.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have lost another pound if I had been more focused. I had Ethiopian food for dinner which was high in carbs and three slices of birthday cake in two days!!!

I hope to lose three pounds in the next two weeks so I’m aiming for a pound and a half this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This has not been a good week for me sine my beautiful son, my cocker spaniel, Nestlé died. I did manage to begin a five day BeachBody program called “A Little Obsessed” so my my biggest victory has been not giving up completely and sinking into a deep depression.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I haven’t been sleeping well and I overate on one day doubling my protein. I honestly was feeling very hungry and tired after Nestlé died.

Got my blood glucose down to 80!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I started doing Yoga Booty Ballet which is less intense than 10 Rounds and some of the workouts from its Classic Series which are less cardiovascular some of which are less cardiovascular in nature so I really think I neee to combine those shorter 20 or 30 minute workouts with the dance routines of the Ab & Butt Makeover.

I’ve been very focused on my nutrition. I know 3Bmindset is about not measuring and counting calories but when it comes to the higher-calorie “accessories” I do use my measuring spoons. this week I’m going to try replacing tablespoons with half-tablespoons and teaspoons.

I really need to get a better handle on my stress. Job hunting has been fruitless and I didn’t receive my pandemic benefits which has really set me back financially. Financial stress has always been my nemesis.

I did not reach my daily step goal and I put less effort into my cardio on Friday becuase it was the end of the week and I was tired and didn’t give it my all.

I was able to go to the beach and not obsess about my body. Had a fun day!

I tend to plan my meals at the spur of the moment instead of a week at a time. That’s fine when I’m home but I don’t think that will work once I start working again.
