Good advice! I just need to remember how crappy I would feel if I have it...I don't know what I would do if there were always donuts and cookies in the office, Jo! Great job avoiding it!

I turned down free bagels and scones last week. I knew it would make me feel bloated and bad, and of course not meet my weight goal that week. Remember pizza, bagels, donuts, etc. are just processed garbage food (no nutrients there) and aren't worth having. YOU CAN DO IT!
