Trying the one month free subscription to MyFitnessPal for this DietBet. Really going to try and stick with logging my food. Put up a manageable caloric intake. Doing one day of running and one day of weight training to stay moving.

If you use a tracker - like Fitbit - it has a food tracker in the app. I also use Noom.

I try to add a nice snack or treat right after dinner so it doesn’t weigh me down late at night but I can still enjoy a treat. I bought some skinny cow nice cream Sammie’s that have helped me - or some fruit when my calorie budget doesn’t have room for an indulgent sweet.
