If you use a tracker - like Fitbit - it has a food tracker in the app. I also use Noom.

I am at my goal weight this morning, but am nervous about Easter coming up as my families make a ton of food. Any tips on managing the holiday foods? It’s so hard to not eat it all at those gatherings. 😅😅

Yay! Bring crudités so you have something healthy to much on and share with others. They might go for the higher calorie stuff but then you know there’s something for you. And, take a bite of anything you really want. If you want more, take a plate home and save it for after the weigh in. And keep drinking your water!

Weekends are the hardest for me to stay on track. I just saw a post where someone said that when it comes to snacks or treats, if it’s not a heck yes then it’s a no. Any other tips for the weekend?

I continuously fail so I think next weekend, I am going to find other ladies in my friend group and schedule walks throughout the day to keep me away from eating!!

For non members I believe there is only the start weight and end weight. But non members can click on the “submit unofficial weigh in” button and track your weight every day or whatever frequency.
I am not a member but I still track my weight daily for accountability.
If you sign up for diet bet membership you can be added to extra drawings for prizes during the diet bet game you play.

I am 59 years old and battling my weight most of my adult life. I lost 80 pounds about 10 years ago and slowly regained it back over the years.
I have followed Brittany since day 1 in the instant pot group when she was doing the weekly meal plans. Bought all her books as they came out. Love the recipes.
I have gotten away from eating healthy in last few years and want to get back in the groove of eating healthy.
My biggest issue is after work for those 3 hours before dinner. I binge eat! If it is there I eat it! I eat it all! It’s insane. Like I have no control. I am hoping that this diet bet will help me gain control over my eating habits and on the road to being healthy again.

I snack on fruit. Not as low cal as veggies but better than other calorie dense snacks.
