I’m really proud of the progress I’ve made so far. Through staying very active, maintaining a calorie deficit and consistently tracking my nutrition, I’ve already surpassed my initial goal by losing 7.4 lbs in just 9 days. Having a physically demanding job has also helped me stay active throughout the process. I’ve gone from 210.6 lbs (being my highest this year) to 177.4 lbs and am excited to continue building healthier habits and reaching new milestones. ❤ Hope everyone’s doing well with their progress as well!

    How’s everyone settling in?

If it’s felt easy so far, great, keep going.
If it’s felt a little off, that’s okay too.

This is your reminder that one choice doesn’t define your day. You can always reset at your next meal, your next hour, your next decision.

Take a breath, and just come back to center.

What’s one thing you can do today that would make you feel a little more aligned?

One thing is to keep guarding my sleep-work to get as much as possible to ensure I can train at my optimal level :muscle:?
