  • Had a pretty good drop on the scale as of yesterday-but in a crappy headspace. I don’t know why I can’t be more supportive of myself. It amazing how any drop in the scale I will dismiss as water weight but any gain I always feel has to be fat-just mental stuff. Anyway, hit chest and back today, and then felt pretty good. Busy day at work going to cut into my movement so hoping to get a walk in tonight. Have a good day all!!!
