Hello! I’m coming out of a very challenging year where I had to work at my desk for up to 12 hours a day with stress hormones pumping through my body around the clock. A not-so successful foot surgery at the end of the year added to my sedentary lifestyle. I’m looking forward to working with a group as I re-calibrate toward the activity and healthy food that make me feel like myself again!

To feel myself again is a good way to state the case! I like being in command and making healthy choices rather than letting desire for quick fix with less nutritious foods take over! We can do it! I hope your recovery goes well!!
