Whelp, I’m not going to make this one. I have not lost a pound since it started and that’s on me. I have not prioritized my workouts and health, which is what I’m supposed to focus on this year.
I’ve been working on improving breathing habits this month (doing both Wim Hoff and Buteyko exercises) so I feel better and I’ll take that forward into the next month’s goals.

I'm in 6 games, if you can time the weigh ins around the same time it's kinda nice. The transformers can get very challenging if you play multiple and they are more than a month apart, I would not recommend that. Transformers motivate me more though, amount of money you loose by not winning month 6 is hundreds ($120 of your own money) so motivation is high. Anyway I tried to get into 3 transformers late December early January and I sprinkle in 3 more kickstarters if I need a motivational boost to keep me on track. It is crazy stressful for me to be risking so much, but it has been working... until the game ends... another reason why the 6 month games appeal to me.

I ended a DietBet (successfully) and for the first time I joined one right away, instead of waiting.

I used to view the DietBet behavior as temporary and then return to normal and I am changing that. I’m hoping this helps me consistently go down without the yo-yo effect I’ve had before.
