Whelp, I’m not going to make this one. I have not lost a pound since it started and that’s on me. I have not prioritized my workouts and health, which is what I’m supposed to focus on this year.
I’ve been working on improving breathing habits this month (doing both Wim Hoff and Buteyko exercises) so I feel better and I’ll take that forward into the next month’s goals.
