Non-scale victory of the week!

I portion my meals (a total success). I met my goal for my water intake (64 oz).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise! I only did 2 days, however that was not my goal I wanted to be able to make 5 days. Still I did 2 days that is better than nothing.
