I guess I should emphasize that I rarely will consume too few calories during any given day. I just intend to eat all that I need during my chosen eating window.

Hi. I'm glad to be here participating in this game. My strategy is to eat very little sugar or other processed carbohydrates, keep to an eating window of about 6 hours per day (a daily fast of about 18 hours), do one weekly 24-hour water fast, and do light exercise daily.

I love IF. Though I've been doing terrible at it this year, so trying to up my motivation. 18hr/day fasts are awesome, so easy to fit into daily routine.
