  • Holy buckets we’ve made it to the last week of the game! How are you staying on track this week?

    With it being American Thanksgiving this week, it feels very important to me to have a plan for the week to help stay on track. I have my workouts planned for the week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday thank you, but I also need to make sure I have plans for food. My family shows love with food, so it can be a bit tricky when we go to their house for a meal. My goal is everything in moderation. Would I like to fill with appetizers before the big meal, heck yes. But instead I’ll have a couple bites and be happy with that. Then during the meal, focus on protein and fill in with the sides.

I start the day with two glasses of water. Hated it at first, but now I need them. For some reason it sets the day for me and makes later indulgences easier to manage. Placebo for the win!
