Glad I double checked our end date. Still have a few lbs to lose according to my mid day weigh in today. I may be taking advantage of that 48 hr window to get my "weigh out" submitted. I'm glad I did this. It had been a while since I've done a challenge. I'm seeing that the short term goal, money in the game and being held accountable is a help to me. Come on fellow gamers. Let's cross the finish line and enjoy keeping our word to ourselves.

  • I made a sorta standing desk with my walking pad so now I get hours of (slow) walking while working! It’s been great, I was sitting all day and getting a short workout done daily, but now the steps are coming in!

I always look at these fitness people and recently my quote has been “why not me?!”

    The challenge: Get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day, 5 days this week. You can do anything you want, as long as you're moving........ You can break it up into segments if you need to.
