Gained 3, but lost it...phew! Damn water weight! Crunch time tonight and tomorrow at the gym. One more day!

Ok, my "womanlies" are here. Explains the headaches AND extreme sweet tooth i had last night. Will see if i can make it through Zumba today. Did Spin ok yesterday. Lots of water the next few days, do not want to gain any period weight so close to final weigh in!

Woo hoo! Ok feeling better, got a lot of exercise yesterday...walking, lifting boxes for a couple of hours. And it showed on the scale!
