Glad I double checked our end date. Still have a few lbs to lose according to my mid day weigh in today. I may be taking advantage of that 48 hr window to get my "weigh out" submitted. I'm glad I did this. It had been a while since I've done a challenge. I'm seeing that the short term goal, money in the game and being held accountable is a help to me. Come on fellow gamers. Let's cross the finish line and enjoy keeping our word to ourselves.

I was doing too much strength training and now I look like Yao from Mulan. I increased my cardio by alot (death by the Stairmaster is a thing) and I am slimming down visibly. It looks nice.. I like the slim thick look. Scale went down ALOT. Still got to lose roughly 3 lbs per week. Dietbet got me training like I'm going to Iran.

  • Going to a nice restaurant tonight to celebrate a friends birthday, and I kept it light all day to leave myself room to enjoy myself tonight! Will be making small swaps to make it work. Avoiding fried items and switching from steak to lobster to better fit my macros! 💕
