1. Some of you may know I used to have a program. I shut it down at the end of 2022, but I have some amazing resources still to share, which I will sprinkle throughout the challenge. My first gift to you is our old digital workbook! Here is the direct download link! You should be able to fill in your own information using the form fields on the document, so you don't have to worry about printing it. This is a REALLY helpful tool, and I encourage you to use it over and over again!

2. Apple Watch Challenge
Please join us by downloading the "Challenges" App and use code "ph8u" to join!!!! The goal is to close your rings!

3. While 4% in 4 weeks is a great goal to have, it is not always attainable for everyone to reach, especially with health conditions. I want each of you to choose the eating lifestyle that best suits you, personally, & that you ENJOY!!!

Restriction might be all that you know, but I want to challenge you to use this Dietbet as an opportunity to try something different. Think about your current habits. Are there any that you think may not be serving you? Maybe things that feel good in the moment but leave you not feeling your best afterwards? Choose 3 habits to focus on changing and commit to those for these 4 weeks. This is the key to sustainable habit change.

Good Morning! I am a mama to four kids. I have just taken up lane swimming and I am loving it. Yesterday I did 100m! (Just once, ha ha) I try to walk outside every day after swimming to get some sunshine too. I am trying to watch my calorie intake and eat high-protein, high-fibre meals. Drink water and move my body. I am also meditating every day as well. Some days I can hit all these goals, but most days I struggle. One small thing will derail me. I live a high-stress life. My youngest child is severely disabled and advocating is very stressful. I have done DB's before and they helped me attain my goal weight. I gained it all back due to not coping well with stress. I tried more DB's after the re-gain, but have since struggled to win. I am hoping this is the one to kick-start me into gear.

Mad respect for people that do their exercise in a pool because I hate washing my hair but it’s an incredible full body workout! You sound like an amazing mom with challenging circumstances but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. I’m so happy you’re here committing to yourself for these 4 weeks!

This time around I’m using an app called 75her (not 75hard specific) but it’s easier than my usual screenshot business I do. It’s $$ ($15 a month) but since it’s just temporary I was willing to pay. Aldo if you get it you can send me your code and I can see what you’ve marked off each day!

Hahaha I started easing into the water over the last 2 weeks and it helped me avoid that because it’s truly one of my water drinking deterrents

Howdy! Just turned 50 two weeks ago.(not sure how the heck that happened) Starting to "fall apart" high blood pressure, iffy cholesterol, high iron, high blood sugar, back sucks. Lost my last dietbet last summer, so I'm ready for revenge! Goals: all the water, actual movement/exercise, avoid emotional eating, avoid eating because I am bored, all of the above especially after 8:00 at night because I am night owl and snack a lot when I'm up watching TV.   • Hi! I’m Amy, 45 year old mom of a houseful of hormonal teenagers & our yellow lab ?

    I’m looking forward to being held more accountable. I work out 4-ish times a week at OrangeTheory. Outside of that, with work and ubering these kids around to all their activities I don’t have much time for anything else.

    I used to drink a TON of water everyday, but I’ve been sneaking in more Diet Coke & diet Dr Pepper more often than I should. So working on that and trying harder to up my protein every day are my current goals.

Hello to my old pals and my new pals!
I am so excited to be here.
Since August 2024 I have lost 90lbs (with lots of exercise, food changes and help of a GLP1). I also had a breast reduction done this past October.
I’m starting a new job on Monday (HELLLLL PROMOTION) which involves much more sedentary time than I am used to, so I am really going to prioritize movement in between meetings and on my lunch break.
I also will be working on staying in a calorie deficient and drinking 100oz of water daily.
Can’t wait to get started guys!

Hi everyone! I’m 35 years old and live in Wisconsin with my husband, dog, and cat. My focus areas for the next four weeks are:
- Water intake: 100 oz/day
- Movement: workout 5x a week (I’ve been loving water aerobics lately!)
- Fruits/Veggies: at least one of each at every meal

This is coming at such a great time for me as I’ve been slipping on my routine the past couple months. I’m always inspired by others hitting their goals so I’m excited to see all the posts this month!
