Hi everyone! I’m 35 years old and live in Wisconsin with my husband, dog, and cat. My focus areas for the next four weeks are:
- Water intake: 100 oz/day
- Movement: workout 5x a week (I’ve been loving water aerobics lately!)
- Fruits/Veggies: at least one of each at every meal
This is coming at such a great time for me as I’ve been slipping on my routine the past couple months. I’m always inspired by others hitting their goals so I’m excited to see all the posts this month!
