I think this is my 7th or 8th game. I always wonder the same thing when submitting the pictures. If you upload the full picture, but it doesn't show all of it, can the judges see the full picture? I always put it on a PicCollage background and resize it 100x before I submit. Thankfully, it's always worked... but, am I OCD when I don't need to be?

I also recommend the book Fast, Feast Repeat by Gin Stephens. Yes, it IS a game-changer. She has a great podcast by the same name as well. I have been intermittent fasting for 7 years and love how I feel doing it. It has many great health benefits. Now I am fine-tuning my eating within IF to lose a little more weight.

You don’t have to do it every day. As others have said read up on it. Personally I don’t like to trust a single source. I would suggest to read a few articles/books. I find IF makes me feel better and it makes it easier for me to maintain my calorie goals.
