Dear dietbet friend- You have been selected because you have inspired/ encouraged/ liked a post/ or in some way helped me and I thank you for that! Now I hope we can help each other-- I am starting a dietbet called Forget the Fudge ( http://diet.bt/in8Zw ), and people are needed!! My friends outside dietbet are, for a multitude of reasons/excuses, not joining, so I am appealing to you, my DB ppl who have helped me get down about 60#. I still have about 15# to go. Can you help and finish off 2014 better than you started?

Totally feels stalkerish :-) but I was browsing your pics and noticed you eat oatmeal with chai seeds (and other stuff). Have you ever tried overnight refrigerator oatmeal? I haven't but recently picked up the stuff to make it. Also, do you have a link or the recipe for the spaghetti sauce and mushroom burgers? They look delicious!

Awesome!! Thank you so much. I was actually in Theresa's last game but I wasn't very actively involved in chatting with others. I'll post a pic when I get to cooking. I'm hoping to try one this weekend!

although I add some ketjap ( soy sauce?) and skip the parmesan. Looking forward to the pictures!

Not great, this is my fourth DB4 in a row and I've plateau'd a bit :(

We'll I've been looking at your chart but it looks amazing! Look at what you already lost! I am by no means an expert but maybe changing up your exercise and diet will 'un-plateau' you. The body gets used to a certain type of diet and movement. You can still rock this bet Rob!

Goed! Ik ben al op 75% van m'n doel na 7 dagen, dus het gaat vlot :) ik hoop nu iets boven m'n doel uit te komen (dus misschien 5 of 6%) maar voor nu ben ik al heel tevreden. Hoe gaat het bij jou?
