I didn’t make it to weigh in for round 1 but am close to that goal and still losing weight towards the final weigh in of the game. Does this mean i wont receive the full payout at the end of the whole game?

To qualify for the final round you need to lose at least 6% by round 5. Round 5 ist the only one that is mandatory.

I have a feeling that the younger you are, the easier your body responds. I m going to be 40 this year and I struggle with the 4% now when I didnt struggle before. I still think i can make it though as I have just under 1 kg left to shed and my period is just over ???

A “biggish” dinner with beer is hard… unless I planned for it. Somehow I have stayed in my calorie goal. But it’s not easy in those cases, without planning
