- Day 1 of my three day cleanse. So far so good. Breakfast hot water with lemon jiuce and 1 tsp olive oil and banana. Pre lunch 1/2 cup of prune juice. Lunch mixed greens salad with heirloom tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, shredded carrots, cucumber, pitachio nuts, pinneaple, olive oil and lemon juice dressing.
