  • Day 1 of my three day cleanse. So far so good. Breakfast hot water with lemon jiuce and 1 tsp olive oil and banana. Pre lunch 1/2 cup of prune juice. Lunch mixed greens salad with heirloom tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, shredded carrots, cucumber, pitachio nuts, pinneaple, olive oil and lemon juice dressing.

Like some others mentioned i have some water weight to shed. I have been eating lots of salt. My face, etc is puffy. I am going to do low sodium intake and Intermittent fasting the rest of days to get rid of it. I need to lose 3 more lbs to meet my goal.
