Round 1 has ended! It's time to submit your official weigh-in for this round so you can start collecting cash if you win.

That means we're into Round 2! Keep yourself accountable by weighing in unofficially or by submitting progress weigh-ins through Membership. To reward players for consistency each Wednesday we’ll randomly reward an exciting progress prize to one or more players who submitted a Progress weigh-in during the 7 days leading up to the drawing. The next drawing is on Sep 28.. Any official weigh-in’s submitted within the 7-day Progress weigh-in window will automatically apply as the weeks Progress weigh-in. Just adding that I weigh .2 lbs less than I did 47 hours ago. I just didn’t want to have fuss with the lighting and moving the scale and all that fuss. Went ahead and did it though.

If you click on the “weigh in” button and it’s eligible to reuse it should just pop up as an option. If it doesn’t pop up for you, it might not be eligible for whatever reason. Glad you got one submitted anyway though!

Same way you’re doing it….BODi!!!! Also walking min 5x/week The dog helps dictate that lol

Tai chi on easy days and a walk-aerobics dvd on workouts days. Occasionally I use hand weights for strength building or stretch bands.
