Good job with all your exercise and your positive attitude, even if you don't make your goal. Really it is how we feel that matters, not a number on the scale. I hope you consider the 6 Month Bet to keep you focused. The next Transformers starts on Aug 26th. I am planning on joining soon. You need to lose 3 % the first two months and then the target goes down after that so it isn't such pressure. I think it will help me keep focused through the challenges of Thanksgiving, Halloween and Christmas. I also have a lot of family birthdays coming up including my own.

Hi Sharen. You continue to do so well on your exercises. I am trying to get my 10,000 steps in daily. this is at least double my norm. I have averaged about 7,000 this week so I am on my way. Next week I hope to add some true exercise as well. Baby steps.

Yeah cheese is a biggie I have been doing pretty good with that now but it took awhile! My thing is processed foods I love crackers and of course sweets! Real struggle for me! I also work really hard on remembering to drink water all day! I can tell when I do not get enough in during the day!

Hope your first few days went well. I see you are a vegetarian. My daughter is vegetarian, my son is vegan and I am mainly meatless now. I am discovering so many new foods. Just wish I could give up my cheese. It is a weakness for me.
