So how's it going? Have you weighed in unofficially yet? I am planning on doing so on Sunday! Sure hope I have lost! Been consistent with early morning workouts but not do much after work workouts! My job is not strenuous but lots of stress ! Hope things are going good for you! We got this you can do this!

Dee, you've lost this weight before. You know you can do it. As you lose it this time, just make changes that will help you keep it off.

Do you have a race in mind? I'm not cool enough to do a 13k but in two months I have a 5k and then in 4 months another. They're little mile markers for me to push myself to.

oh no doubt i can a will do this. having done it before takes away the doubt. I just need to stay accountable for my choices after. I got lazy. no races planned just yet

Hi Dee, the treadmill is my favorite piece of equipment, I try to walk at least 3 miles every day. I noticed you said you did an interval workout on the treadmill, will you share? I use the incline function a lot. I did two workouts today for a total of 1900 vertical feet, 900 calories and 5,2 miles, took me 5 minutes short of 2 hours. My daughter keeps telling me to up the intensity and reduce the time of my workouts, but I am keeping my slow pace for now ......

I do a warm up, then followed by periods of increase workload by increase speed, then slower rest stage, then increase workload by increasing incline. slower pace. and keep repeating these. the varies as my fitness levels change.
does that make since. kind of like HIIT (high intensity interval workouts)
