Slow and steady repetition, be in it for the process and feeling healthier not the end goal. Pay attention to your macros ( i use an app). Its a marathon not a sprint.

  • Little grocery haul over the weekend to set up this week for success! We recently started shopping at Aldi for our groceries and haven't looked back as we've felt it was alot more affordable to eat healthy. I picked up chicken, eggs, egg whites, sausage, bacon, lots of frozen veggies, cheese, tortillas, sour cream, salsa, avocados & apples. We can make chicken tacos, breakfast tacos/sandwiches, grilled chicken & veggies, etc - yum! Let's crush this week everyone, we got this!! <3

I love this! A book I read once recommended 1 veggie at breakfast, 2 at lunch, and 3 at dinner! (And each one should be different) Way to get that in at breakfast!!

Don't get disheartened, the scale likes to play tricks with our mind. If you had a good week could be down to water. It will eventually show on the scale, you've got this!!
