I feel your pain. I am teaching Health to 6th and 7th graders. Yet, I am in B.M.I. terms obese, I prefer to think of myself as overweight, a small argument. I am letting the kids be part of my motivation. I want to be a better role model for them as well. Maybe that will help a little.?

I've added, making sure I drink at least 130 oz. of water per day (according to the formula), and juicing 1 meal a day to my regimen. I'm already feeling better.
